A pair of public hearings on zoning changes that would pave the way to possible developments, one in the Hilltop View area just to the southeast of the Highway 33-Boswell intersection and the other at 1420 East 13th, attracted around two dozen concerned neighbors at the Crete Planning Commission's June meeting held Monday night at City Hall.
